About Right Advice ORG UK
Right Advice ORG UK is a UK-based charitable organisation founded in 2010 with a mission to improve access to justice through independent advice and advocacy support.
Over years of experience working alongside individuals facing legal challenges, we identified a significant gap: many people receive unclear, unrealistic, or poor-quality guidance, even where services appear to be regulated. This often results in unnecessary costs, prolonged disputes, and avoidable financial loss.
As a non-SRA regulated organisation, we do not provide reserved legal services. Instead, we focus on what many clients need most at the early stages: clear guidance, honest assessment, and strong advocacy support.
Our approach is based on three core principles
- Honesty over false expectations – We provide realistic advice from the outset, even when it may not align with what clients hope to hear.
- Advocacy and support – We help clients understand their position, prepare their case, and navigate processes with confidence.
- Cost awareness – We aim to reduce unnecessary legal expenses by promoting early-stage clarity and informed decision-making.
We support clients with
- Independent legal guidance and case understanding
- Advocacy support in dealing with disputes and procedures
- Early case assessment and risk awareness
- Signposting to regulated professionals where appropriate
We believe access to justice should not depend on the ability to pay excessive legal fees. Our role is to empower individuals through honest advice and practical advocacy, helping them avoid costly mistakes and make informed decisions.
We do not make false promises. We promote clarity, responsibility, and realistic outcomes.
Disclaimer: Right Advice ORG UK is not a law firm and is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). We do not provide reserved legal activities. Where necessary, we signpost clients to appropriately regulated legal professionals.
